Position Summary:

Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance operations of the facility in accordance with resident needs, government regulations, and company policies. The main objective is to oversee repairs, installations, and upkeep of building and equipment in support of resident, tenant, staff and visitor safety and enable the business to achieve financial profitability for the Care Community. This position provides housekeeping and laundry department leadership and may also plan, direct, and carry out shift routines in within the facility, ordering of housekeeping, laundry, maintenance and other department supplies.
